The Lab — Where experimentation meets precision.

At Kern02, we believe that breakthrough design requires continuous, unrestricted creative research. The Lab is our shared space for autonomous projects, sensory exploration, and typographic experimentation by Christophe Heylen and Els Bauwelinck. Here, we push the boundaries of visual culture to fuel our commissioned work.

Discover our deep-dive sensory experiments at various design, @icon_base and daily typographic explorations via @anewyearofdesign.
